Position: Transformation Service Improvement Manager

Location: Pune

Exp:  10 years

Job Description:

Knowledge of Production Support processes and procedures ideally ITIL certified

Experience of Project Management in Agile/Devops environment

Strong process implementation and management skills

Exposure to production services support tools such as Service Now, Geneos, App Dyamics, Wily is desirable.

Ability to prioritise own workload and meet agreed deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in doing communication with senior executives

Demonstrated success in key stakeholder management

Experience of using IT systems and reporting tools

Strong communication skills

Ability to lead meetings

Ability to multi-task efficiently

Knowledge of Banking Payment Systems and/or Banking Domain is preferable.

Familiarity with Incident / Problem / Change and Release Management procedures is preferable.

Ability to work as part of a Global virtual team across multiple regions.
